Dog Showing
Breed dog shows are very popular with our members.
The Kenneal Club sets the standards for various breeds and organises events that showcase the unique qualities of each breed. These shows not only promote responsible breeding practices but also provide a platform for dog owners to celebrate their pets and connect with others in the community.

Dog Agility
Min Pins are very active little dogs
Dog agility is a dog sport where dogs, guided by their handlers, navigate an obstacle course with speed and precision. It tests both the dog's athleticism and the handler's training and direction skills. The courses typically include jumps, tunnels, weave poles, and contact equipment like the A-frame and dog walk.
KC Good Citizen Scheme
Established in 1992, The Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Training scheme is the largest dog training programme in the UK. The scheme is open to all dogs, young or old, pedigree or crossbreed. Dogs do not need to be registered with The Kennel Club to take part.
The scheme promotes responsible dog ownership by teaching owners to train their dog for everyday life situations. There are four award levels: Puppy Foundation, Bronze, Silver and Gold.

Scentwork
Scentwork UK is a rewarding game of hide-and-seek that channels a dog's natural sniffing instinct into a fun, relationship-building activity.
Dogs use their keen sense of smell to search for hidden items—such as a favorite toy or specific target odors—providing mental stimulation and strengthening the bond with their handler.

Mantrailing
Mantrailing is a sport in which dogs learn to discover people by following their distinct scent trail.
All dogs have the innate ability to hunt, and Mantrailing allows them to do so in a safe, controlled, and constructive manner. Through training dogs learn to use their incredible sense of smell to create a really entertaining sport for dog and owner teams to participate in together.
