To apply for membership please download the form and return to the club secretary with the appropriate fee. All membership applications are considered on an individual basis at each committee meeting.

Memberships are due for renewal on the 1st of January each year

The Club’s rules state that subscriptions unpaid on 1 March 2022 will result in that person’s membership being cancelled. If you have not already done so, please renew your membership now otherwise you will have to re-apply. Only fully paid up members in accordance with Club rules will receive voting papers.

The Club is encouraging members to set up standing orders to pay their membership it’s really simple to do and means that each year you don’t have to worry about digging out the Cheque Book and finding an envelope and stamp. Should you wish to set up a standing order please use the following bank details Lloyds Bank S/C 30-91-60 A/N 03062834 – if paying by Standing order or Bank Transfer please ensure you are paying the correct amount and please use the surname that your membership is under as the payment reference.

Please note the Miniature Pinscher Club complies with the Data Protection Act and new GDPR Regulations. Your details will be held on computer, but will only used by the Miniature Pinscher Club and disclosed to the Kennel Club. You can request at any time to see what personal details the club holds about you

Please note that it is the club policy to bank all cheques as received. If for whatever reason your membership application does not proceed, we will refund the membership fee in full.

Membership start date commences on the date your application is approved by the committee and not the date you submit your form.

Applications towards any members awards and trophies count from the date membership is approved NOT the date of application. In the case of MPOTY any qualifying event for that year counts as a qualify e.g. membership approved in 2022 count as qualifier for 2022 MPOTY to be held at the 2023 AGM

Once approved members will be send a pack outlining the club code of ethics and rules (these can also be found on our website), details of recommended health testing which new members are strongly advised to adhere to and social media guidelines.
